VAT Exemption and On-line Payment   

Those UK Residents who are eligible for VAT Exemption need to complete the VAT Exemption Form (see index) and forward it to Arctic Medical, together with payment as necessary, before goods will be dispatched.  Of course, after sending the VAT Exemption form On-line Payment can be requested and the invoice, with its link, will be forwarded after receipt of the VAT Exemption Form. 

None UK Residents

Anyone outside the United Kingdom can place orders for products through this site, but there is an extra freight charge to pay; UPS Courier Service can also be requested.  Payment can be made either:

• ON-LINE, using most Credit and Debit cards, through the Sterling invoice and its associated LINK , which will be sent to you by e-mail from sales@arcticmedical.co.uk: your card operator will apply the current exchange rate for your currency, or
• By forwarding your Credit or Debit card details - Card Number, Expires Date, Name on the Card, Billing Address, Telephone Number.

Again, the goods will be dispatched after payment has been received.

Delivery

We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 5 working days, or less, of receiving payment, but on occasions we may take longer than this, as either we are busy or the product you require may not be in stock.  Should this be the case you will be advised by e-mail, or telephone (UK only).
